Explore and Apply

In the 1st step, you explore different job roles open with us as per your interest, experience, skills and apply for your ideal role.

Assessment

In this step, our recruitment team, along with our hiring managers, will assess your profile to better understand it. If it is relevant to the role, your resume gets shortlisted, and we will get in touch with you to explain the further process.

Interviews

This is a chance for us to get to know you better. You will meet our team and understand us better, so we want you to come prepared. Here are some tips for you: Tip 1: Learn about Dabur. Tip 2: Understand the role you have applied for. Tip 3: Have an early glance at people's profiles you may interact with.

Offer

Once your interview is over, we compile everything and if you are best fit for the job role, our recruiters would get in touch with an offer for you.

On Boarding

Once you have accepted the job offer and joined Dabur, our onboarding team will plan an induction to guide you through life at Dabur. This includes an interaction with your team and a briefing about your compensation, benefits, insurance, Mediclaim, etc.
